Jets and Kunstflug | Compliance with the SA Consumer Protection Act

1. Implied Warranty of Quality

Every item sold by Jets and Kunstflug carries an automatic 6-month statutory warranty. We guarantee that all goods are reasonably suitable for their intended purpose and free of defects.

Your Choice of Remedy: If a product fails within 6 months, you may choose a Full Refund, a Replacement, or a Repair.

2. Cooling-Off Periods

Online Sales: You have a 7-day cooling-off period after receiving your goods to return them for any reason (ECT Act).
Direct Marketing: A 5-business-day cooling-off period applies to all direct marketing transactions.

3. Returns for Inspection

You have the right to return goods within 10 business days if the products delivered do not match the sample or description provided at the time of purchase, or if they are unsuitable for a specific purpose communicated to us.

4. Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth process, please provide Proof of Purchase. While we prioritize your rights under the CPA, we ask that "change of mind" returns remain in their original packaging and unused condition.
