Jets and Kunstflug | South African Consumer Protection Compliance

1. Statutory Warranty (6 Months)

In accordance with the CPA, all goods carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a product is faulty, you may choose a refund, replacement, or repair. In these instances, Jets and Kunstflug will cover the return shipping costs.

2. Change of Mind & Cooling-Off

We understand that plans change. You are entitled to a "cooling-off" period under the following conditions:

Online Purchases: 7 days after receipt of goods (ECT Act).
Direct Marketing: 5 business days after receipt of goods (CPA).

Shipping Liability: For all "Change of Mind" or "Cooling-Off" returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost and risk of returning the goods to our facility. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition.

3. Returns for Inspection

You may return goods within 10 business days if the delivered product does not match the description or sample provided, or is unsuitable for a specific purpose communicated to us at the time of sale.

4. General Conditions

To process any return, a valid Proof of Purchase is required. We recommend using a tracked courier service for returns, as Jets and Kunstflug cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit back to us.

Shipping cost is non refundable an is not covered under the returns policy unless the the purchased item is defective and a refund was opted for.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.
